Hur blir jag medlem i Sporthuset? 

Du kan enkelt och smidigt skapa ditt medlemskap direkt på vår hemsida under fliken "bli medlem" och följa instruktionerna. Är du osäker på vilket medlemskap som passar dig bäst kan du maila oss eller komma in till oss under våra receptionstider så hjälper vi dig. 

Jag är redan medlem på ett annat gym, hur gör jag då? 

Inga problem! Om du redan är medlem på ett annat gym bjuder vi dig på gratis träning under uppsägningstiden på ditt nuvarande gym. Gäller endast vid köp av medlemskap med 12 månaders bindningstid/årskort. Kontakta oss så hjälper vi dig! 

Kan jag använda mitt friskvårdsbidrag hos er?

Ja! Du kan använda ditt friskvårdsbidrag hos oss. Välj mellan träningskort, personlig träning och massage. Vi är anknutna till bland annat Epassi och Benify. Är du osäker på hur du använder din friskvårdsapp kan du läsa mer under fliken "bli medlem" scrolla längst ner på sidan eller maila oss. 

När kan jag träna?

Vi har öppet mellan 04:00-24:00 alla dagar

Vad har Sporthuset för åldersgräns?

För att teckna medlems avtal måste personen i fråga fylla 15 år. 

Kan mitt barn träna med mig?

Juniorer 11-14år får träna hos oss tillsammans med vuxen.

Som vuxen är du ansvarig för att den minderårige följer ordningsreglerna på gymmet. Läs mer om juniorkortet under fliken "bli medlem"

Vilka boknings regler gäller för gruppträningspass?

Alla gruppträningspass behöver bokas i WONDR appen under "boka pass". Passen är bokningsbara fyra dagar innan passet startar och ända fram till 30 minuter innan passet. Du kan avboka dig själv i appen fram till två timmar innan passet ska köras. Du kan ha max fyra aktiva bokningar igång samtidigt.  

Jag har haft mitt medlemskap i 12 månader, behöver jag göra något för att förnya det?

Nej, det rullar på som vanligt om du har månadsabonnemang. 

Har du däremot betalat in för ett helt år på en gång behöver du maila oss så förnyar vi ditt medlemskap.

Hur säger jag upp mitt medlemskap?

All uppsägning sker via mail till: info@sporthusetsura.se.

Observera att din bindningstid behöver ha gått ut innan du kan säga upp ditt medlemskap.

Vilka skor kan jag använda när jag tränar i Sporthuset?

Du behöver ha rena inomhusskor på dig när du tränar i Sporthuset. Ytterskor tas av direkt i entrén. 

Är det något speciellt jag behöver tänka på i Sporthuset?

Läs och följ våra förhållningsregler i gymmet, respektera dina medmänniskor i huset, fråga om du behöver hjälp och ha roligt på vägen.

Can I use chalk to lift?

No, you cannot use chalk to lift.

Is there a class you would like to see more of or introduced to Sporthuset? 

Please let us know. We have over 54 classes on average a week and we only want to add more. Please email ideas to info@sporthusetsura.se

We are always looking for new members to add to the team. Please apply under "jobba med oss" today.

Do you have a complaint?

We want to hear of any issues you may be having, whether its with a trainer, member, issue within the gym. We want to help and support your decision to come forward. Please email us at info@sporthusetsura.se

Where can I leave my belongings while I train?

Purchase yourself a paddlock across the road at Willies and use one of many black lockers down the main corridor to the toilets.

Do you have a disabled toilet?

Yes we do. Half way down the main corridor, opposite the side door entrance is a disabled toilet. If you require us to take down the side handles please let us know and we will be hapy to help.

Can I leave my gym shoes at the gym for when I am training?

No. Shoes must be taken home with you as it is not our responsiblity to keep them here. 

Does my free week include group classes, the signature group and the black group?

Yes it does. We want you to get a taste of Sporthusets classes before you pick your membership. Tell the trainer if you are on your week trial so they can support you. Remember that when it goes to choosing your membership after the trail that black athlete box classes ar eunder a different membership, the same with signature group classes, and then no classes.

Is the LGBTQ community welcome?

Do birds have wings? Of course. Here everyone is welcome. If you find any issues when you are here please do not hesitiate to contact us. We truly care about your confidence while training at Sporthuset.

I have a goal to gain or lose weight and I feel I need some support what can you offer?

We have "Weight Trainer" which runs several times a year and is for those who want to gain or lose weight. Please read more about this on the website. We also have nutrition and personal training avail

Do you take take companies for private classes?

Yes we do. We offer businesses healht and fitness testing, group classes, discounted memberships for their staff and more. Email us today to ask for more information at info@sporthusetsura.se

Do we sell protein etc ?

Yes we do. You will see, protein shakes, VLCD products, preworkout etc on the stand in the store area of Sporthuset. Simply swish the product amount to our swish number "1236781793" with the product name in the Message section and you are good to go!

How do we buy the foodboxes, bars and drinks?

We trust our members here at Sporthuset. Simply look at the cost of the item on the sign, and swish it to us at "1236781793" with the product name in the message. Simple!

Is a gym item missing?

We love when members let us know if things we enjoy have gone missing? Is that bar no longer there? Has the boxing speed bag gone? Please email us at info@sporthusetsura.se and let us know so we can replace it.

Is it to hot or to cold in Sporthuset?

As you know the weather is a bit crazy at the moment in Sweden. In winter we are doing all we can to keep the place warm and save costs, and then in the summer we are doing all we can to get you fresh air. We ask that you please were an training jacket in winter, and a singlet in summer. We truly are doing all we can at all times to help. Please refrain from approaching staff members to mention the heat or cold. If you have any concerns email us at info@sporthusetsura.se

Do you have any questions about your membership, group classes and training extra?

Please email us. You may see coaches running around the place but they are here to train others or coach. Please refrain from asking groupclass instructors questions as they prepare the classes. All membership questions or concerns about the facility need to be taken by management. Please email us at info@sporthusetsura.se. Thank you for understanding.

Do we take Swish for treatments ?

You can either pay with qliro on bokadirekt at the time of your booking. Or you can pay in WONDR under "webshop" then "Massage Treatments". Or simply SWISH. Swish our number "1236781793" and show Carey the payment. Easy peasy.
